Spring Time Cake – Perfect cake for your bridal or baby shower

My sister, Nancy, made this very “dee-lish” cake…Nancy calls it “Spring Time Cake.”
Here is the recipe…it is so yummy for your tummy!
1 Box of Yellow or White Cake Mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
11 oz can of Mandarin Oranges (don’t drain)
Topping:
9 oz of Cool Whip or whipped cream
3 oz package of instant vanilla pudding
20 oz of crushed pineapple (not drained)
Mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil and the liquid from the mandarin oranges.
When mixed together, add the oranges and mix briefly to break up a bit.
Pour mixture in a cake pan (9×13 pan or two 9×9 round cake pans)
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes

When cake cools, it is ready to top off.
Mix the Cool Whip or Whipped Cream with 1/2 pack of the pudding mix, and crushed pineapple.
Spread on top of the cake
Keep cake refrigerated until ready to serve.
